O2 Employment Services is working with a local carpet cleaning company that is looking for their next Carpet Cleaning Technician. This is a part-time to full-time, long-term position located in Redding, CA.

COMPENSATION OF THE CARPET CLEANING TECHNICIAN:

$16.00 - $18.00 per hour, depending on experience

20-40 hours per week

QUALIFICATIONS OF THE CARPET CLEANING TECHNICIAN:

Must be physically capable of lifting, bending, and being on your feet for extended periods

Valid driver's license and clean driving record required (MVR check)

Ability to pass a background check

Previous experience in carpet cleaning, janitorial work, or similar roles is a plus but not required

Strong customer service and communication skills

Reliable transportation and strong work ethic

DUTIES OF THE CARPET CLEANING TECHNICIAN:

Operate carpet cleaning equipment and safely handle cleaning solutions

Pre-treat stains and provide thorough cleaning to residential and commercial carpets

Maintain equipment and keep company vehicle clean and organized

Communicate with customers professionally and ensure satisfaction with services provided

Follow safety procedures and company protocols at all times
