Automotive Service Concierge

An exciting opportunity has become available for a full-time Automotive Service Concierge at Herb Chambers BMW of Sudbury.

We are looking for a positive, passionate, outgoing, professional person who possesses a strong skill in face-to-face guest interaction and also telephone and email interaction.

Responsibilities will include but arent limited to;

• Checking in guests
• Tagging keys
• Maintaining cleanliness of greeting office
• Escorting client to Service Advisor
• Organizing documents
• Some barista tasks such as:
  • Prepare and serve drinks and food in accordance with the cafe standards and health code.

Schedule:

- Tuesday-Thursday - 11-7pm

- Friday - 10-6pm

- Saturday - 9-5pm

- Sunday-Monday - off

Ideal candidate should be organized, computer proficient, friendly, flexible and a team player.

- Must be available nights and weekends

- Must have a valid drivers license

- Must have own transportation
