A Broiler Cook prepares food, using a broiler, grill, or similar equipment to achieve desired cooking and flavor profiles. They are responsible for ensuring food quality, adhering to recipes, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace
What we are looking for:
A minimum of 2+ years as a cook experience in an upscale-casual or fine dining environment.
A minimum of 2+ years as a Broiler Cook
Those who are detail-oriented and thrive in a meticulous environment.
Someone with a professional demeanor and excellent communication skills.
Ability to work proactively with a sense of urgency.
Clean and efficient.
Passion for food and the ability to follow recipes and guidelines.
Knowledge of food and kitchen safety standards.
