We are currently looking for a passionate and talented Sous Chef to help lead our kitchen brigade and deliver exceptional food experiences across our dynamic outlets.

Your Role:As Sous Chef, you will work closely with our Head Chef to oversee the day-to-day running of the kitchen, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, consistency, and creativity are maintained. You will play a key role in developing and motivating the kitchen team, helping to create seasonal menus that celebrate bold flavours, sustainability, and beautiful presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and inspire the kitchen team, stepping up in the Head Chef's absence.

Oversee food preparation and service across multiple outlets.

Ensure full compliance with food safety and health & safety standards.

Assist with menu development, cost control, and stock management.

Train, coach, and develop junior team members.

Uphold a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence.

Salary: 43,752 p/a + tronc
