VIP / Concierge Agent

Position Summary
As a Team Member of the Hotel Operations team, the VIP/ Concierge Agent is a CRCR Ambassador and takes personal ownership to ensure all of their actions are in the best interest of the business. The VIP/Concierge Agent is responsible for welcoming VIP Guests following AAA Four Diamond standards while handling suite room assignments, pre-registration, and processing of VIP hotel reservations and prioritizing our VIP requests. Creates and ensures an elegant, upscale, and exciting experience where the flawless delivery and execution of service excellence is paramount.

Position Functions
Essential Functions
• Ensure services and amenities provided follow AAA Four Diamond standards.
• Handle phone inquiries, make reservations, handle room changes, review balances, collect payments, settle Guest accounts, and provide assistance and direction.
• Works with Hosts to block room assignments for players and ensures that any special accommodations for the Guests are met.
• Take and distribute messages or mail and redirect calls.
• Arrange events, excursions, transportation, etc., upon request from hotel Guests.
• Acquire extensive knowledge of the premises and the nearby venues and businesses to make the most suitable recommendations.
• Understand Guest needs and provide them with personalized solutions by suggesting activities and facilities provided by CRCR and the local community.
• Assist with the daily check-in and check-out processes of the hotel operations as needed.
• Assist and support departments and management to deliver an exceptional overall Guest experience and ensure that all Guest-related issues are resolved in a manner consistent with CRCR and AAA Four Diamond standards.
• Perform duties of Guest Service Agent as necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum requirements:
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• 1 + years’ experience in hospitality.
• Basic math skills.

Preferred qualifications:
• 2+ years in hospitality.
• Knowledge in hospitality software such as Hosts, Opera, Infor, and/or other housekeeping tracking systems.
