Our mission is to drive significant revenue to our restaurant and entertainment partners while offering exceptional dining and entertainment experiences to our members.**Position Overview:**We are seeking a motivated, organized, and customer-focused Concierge to support and grow 10 restaurant and entertainment partners using our 6 Perks programs: Travelers Perks, Union Perks, Employee Perks, Consumer Perks, Resident Perks, and Wedding Perks. Your goal will be to help each partner location generate at least **$20,000** per month in revenue through proactive member engagement, reservation coordination, and community outreach.**Key Responsibilities:** Serve as the main point of contact for 10 assigned restaurant and entertainment partners. Communicate with Small Bites members to promote partner venues, share offers and assist with reservations. Manage reservations and special requests, ensuring smooth coordination with partner venues --- especially for large parties and events. Introduce and promote the Small Bites Perks programs to local unions, employers, residential communities, and other potential partners. Organize and facilitate group dining events, birthday celebrations, and other special member activities. Track member engagement, reservations, and revenue performance for your assigned venues. Work closely with the Small Bites team to continuously improve customer satisfaction and partner success. Represent Small Bites professionally in the community and with all partners. Meet and exceed assigned revenue and engagement goals.**Qualifications:** Prior experience in hospitality, concierge services, restaurant management, event planning, or customer service preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills. Comfortable reaching out to community partners (unions, employers, residential communities, wedding planners, etc.). Highly motivated and goal-oriented, with a passion for delivering excellent service.[]{st=""}
