We are looking for someone to maintain two of our largest tenants suitesin the building. Trash removal, cleaning of bathrooms & kitchensincluding washing of floors. Stocking bathroom supplies as needed. Keepdoors and windows cleaned. Vacuuming. Also keeping clean all commonareas, elevators, and when weather permits keeping the property trashfree. May have to help with snow removal - shoveling & snow blowing.Some minor maintenance duties include changing light bulbs if needed,taking care of clogged toilets and most importantly notifying the mainoffice of any issues that maintenance needs to address.
