Job Description

1. Ability to troubleshoot all systems and phases of the operation;

2. Ability to communicate at all levels within the plant;

3. Represent the plant to outside vendors as required;

4. Assign work orders to skill level employees as necessary;

5. Handle and coordinate with all departments to provide effective operations.

Education required:

-High School diploma or GED

-Minimum of two years technical trade school or equivalent experience

Experience:

General mechanic experience required. Industrial experience in a similar industry preferred.
