Required Skills:

Able to frequently lift objects up to 25lbs during house cleaning duties, including linens, towels, cleaning equipment, and garbage containers.

Able to use stairs and carry a vacuum and supplies up and down one flight of stairs.

Able to use muscles to lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objects.

Able to see objects that are a few feet away.

Able to use hands to grasp, more and assemble objects.

Job Description:

Clean units, following the established Housekeeping Procedures for Kitchen, Living Room, Bathrooms, and Bedrooms.

Replenish the towels, linens,. and consumable items, as needed, and indicate amounts as specified on the unit inventory checklist.

Conduct inventory of other items on the unit checklist and replace them if needed.

Report any damage to the unit or furnishings.

Complete a maintenance request form if anything needs attention, following established procedures.
