Custodian responsibilities include

Ensuring spaces are prepared for the next day by taking out trash, tidying furniture and dusting surfaces

Sweeping and mopping floors, vacuuming carpets

Washing and sanitizing toilets, sinks and showers and restocking disposables

Sweep and mop floors and vacuum carpets

Wash and sanitize toilets, sinks and showers and restock disposables (e.g. soap)

Wipe mirrors and windows

Maintain outer premises, cleaning entrances

Secure facilities after operating hours by locking doors

Undertake occasional custodial and janitorial tasks

(From lifting heavy items, moving chairs etc.)

Requirements and skills

Knowledge of use and maintenance of industrial cleaning equipment and appliances

Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies

Attention to detail and conscientiousness

Very good physical condition and strength

The responsibility of a Professional Cleaner is to maintain a worksite in optimum conditions through tasks such as disinfecting, mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming, among other duties while reporting issues to the supervisor.

We will be running a background check as well as an onsite drug test

Pay Rate: $10.00

Pago: $10.00

Week Nights - MONDAY - FRIDAY: 2:30pm-11:30pm

Weekends - Upon Request

Job Skills / Requirements

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Clean buildings by emptying trash, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and cleaning surfaces as assigned.

Monitor building's security and safety by locking doors after operating hours and checking electrical appliance use to ensure that hazards are not created.

Properly use cleaning solutions and chemicals to remove stains and clean surfaces.

Use approved cleaning solutions with proper PPE as required and must follow SDS.

Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using proper cleaners, sponges, and squeegees.

Dust furniture and scrub surface clean.

Clean and service restrooms with mops and proper disinfectants.

Arrive on time for the shift as scheduled and complete all work in the allotted time.

Identify and report needed repairs on equipment to ensure they are well-maintained.

Cross-train on other duties or areas as assigned by Supervisor.

If this is a refinery position you will be require a certification and safety shoes.

DEBERES Y RESPONSABILIDADES:

Limpiar los edificios incluye: vaciar basura, aspirar los pisos, barrer, trapear y limpiar las superficies asignadas

Supervisar la seguridad del edificio cerrando puertas despues de las horas de operacion y verificar el uso de electrodomesticos para garantizar que no se creen riesgos.

Usar adecuadamente soluciones de limpieza para eliminar manchas y limpiar superficies.

Usar productos quimicos de limpieza aprobados, y usando el adecuado EPP (Equipo de Proteccion Personal) al igual deben cumplir con las SDS (las hojas de datos de seguridad que proporcionan informacion valiosa para el programa de salud y la seguridad de los empleados)

Limpiar ventanas, particiones de vidrio y espejos, usando limpiadores, esponjas y jabones adecuados.

Desempolvar muebles y tallar areas hasta que queden limpias.

Limpiar y dar servicio a los banos la veces necesarias usando trapeadores y desinfectantes adecuados.

Llegar a tiempo para el turno programado y completar todo el trabajo en el tiempo asignado.

Identificar e informar las reparaciones necesarias en los equipos para garantizar que esten bien mantenidos.

Entrenar en otras tareas o areas asignadas por el Supervisor.
