DUTIES:

• Prioritize, coordinate, and effectively manage applicable workorders.

• Study operation schedules and confers with other staff and withmaintenance supervisor to determine when maintenance will least interfere withoperation of establishment.

• Purchasing (with Facilities Manager approval) materials, tools, services,and supplies, necessary to perform the required maintenance.

• Complete required daily paperwork: maintenance logs, mileage,purchase orders, etc. Implement and perform preventative maintenance where/whenappropriate.

MINIMUMQUALIFICATIONS:

• One-year related maintenance experience or combination oftraining/experience.

• Must have basic knowledge of buildings and grounds along with basicknowledge of electrical and plumbing as it relates to common buildingmaintenance.

• HDC will be willing to train in more experienced areas.

• Must have valid class D driver's license, vehicle insurance andpass background/DMV check.
