The following statements are intended as general illustrations of the work in this classification and are not all-inclusive of the specific position.

• Cut lawns using push or riding mowers and trim and edge around walks, flower beds, and walls.
• Utilize hand tools and landscaping maintenance equipment to maintain and improve the appearance of the resort grounds
• Landscape by planting grass, mulching areas that need it.
• Applying topsoil to areas that need new seed.
• Apply fertilizer to the ground to enhance growth.
• Pick up litter around the resort.
• String Trimming Weekly around resort grounds.
• Backpack blow walkways around the resort of debris and blowing resort roads.
• Cut down tree limbs that are posing a danger.
• Pull Weeds if needed on the grounds.

• Grounds Maintenance experience is helpful but not required, we are willing to train
• Must be at least 18.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License.
• Willing to work early mornings.
• Must be able to lift to 50 Lbs.
• Must be able to stand and walk for long periods while mowing or string trimming.
• Works well with others.
• Self Starter
