Grounds Custodian

FLSA Status: Non-exempt

Summary Under General supervision, continuously walk the grounds outside the plant as well as inside the facility to maintain clean work environment free of trash and debris.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Performs all manual labor in the area to which assigned.
• Keeps area neat and clean.
• Communicate well with coworkers

Qualifications

• Less than high school education; or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Previous experience in manufacturing/modular housing desired.
• 1 year of roofing / roof build experience preferred
