HEALTH FOOD RESTO + JUICE BAR STAFF TRAINER (willing to travel within US) compensation: $400 per day We are looking for someone to join our team as on site training/operations consultant who can travel to the client's location to provide training and get the store ready for the soft opening. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have great time management skills and experience in leadership roles. Responsibilities: Arranging travel to client's location Explaining and training team members and owners/managers about best food practice and setting up the production areas for success. Testing each item on the menu and solving any issues that may arise. Explaining and training team members about customer service, how to deliver a great experience. Inventory Management Health Department Standards Scheduling. Kitchen Organization. Hiring and building company culture. Customer Services best practices. Helping the owners and team to be ready for store opening. Requirements: Proven experience as a trainer, general manager or operations manager in a food establishment, ideally juice/smoothie bar. A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and time management skills and ability to multitask. A positive attitude and being able to motivate teams. Familiarity with google spreadsheets. Based in the US and able to travel. All the travel expenses will be paid. Compensation will be $400 per day. Generally, trainings are a minimum of 3 days to 2 weeks.
