Monday thru Friday, occasional weekends

General shift hours

5am-1:30pm, with occasional variances

Benefits Eligible? Yes Job Summary/Basic Function

• Full range of cleaning duties including, but are not limited to: Sweep, vacuum, mop, wax, strip and polish floors; vacuum and shampoo carpets
• Clean and sanitize rest room facilities and related fixtures including drinking fountains, rest room sinks, urinals and toilets; replenish supplies in restrooms
• Wash windows, mirrors and walls
• Empty, clean and sanitize waste receptacles
• Replace lights
• Climb ladders and stairs on a regular basis
• Identify and report building maintenance needs in assigned buildings and facilities
• snow/ice removal using ice melt, snow blowers and shoveling
• Assist in other projects as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

• Ability to lift, pull, push, climb, bend, and stand for extended periods of time.
• Must be a self starter, dependable, and able to work independently.
• High school diploma or GED
• Must be able to read, write, and interpret written and verbal instructions, and demonstrate the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Salary - $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

The final salary will be determined based on factors such as education, experience, skills, certifications, and alignment with the position's requirements. Other considerations may include internal equity and market conditions.
