JOB DESCRIPTION

Titan Wheel is seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.

Hours: 7:00AM to 3:00PM Monday - Friday

3:00PM to 11:00PM Monday - Friday

11:00PM to 7:00AM Sunday - Thursday

Wage: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Perform routine maintenance on industrial machinery and equipment.

Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.

Repair and replace defective parts and components.

Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability.

Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve equipment-related issues.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.

Adhere to safety protocols and regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in industrial maintenance or related field preferred.

Proven experience as an industrial maintenance mechanic in a manufacturing environment.

5 or more years of experience in machine repair is preferred.

Required the use of advanced shop mathematics with the use of complicated drawings, specifications, charts, tables, and handbook formulas.

Must have the knowledge of a variety of precision measuring instruments and/or use of broad training in a recognized trade and/or craft or equivalent.

Requires good judgment to plan, perform unusual and difficult work where only general methods are available.

Strong knowledge of mechanical and hydraulic systems.

Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong communication skills.

Entrance test required.
