JOB DESCRIPTION

Position: Slot Service Representative Supervisor: Slot Supervisor and

Dual Rate Slot Supervisor/Shift Manager

Department: Gaming Hours: Varies

Salary: Non-Exempt Status: Part Time

License Type: Gaming

Position Description: Candidate is responsible for instructing guests in playing slots, instructing guests in placing sports wagers on the sports wagering self-serve kiosks, positioning vacant, nonfixed slot seating as close to the slot machine as possible and fixing minor paper and machine problems with slots and self-serve sports wagering kiosks. Candidate will render hand pays and Jackpots to guests. Candidate will be responsible for all other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements: Must be at least age 18 years of age. Candidate must be 100% customer service focused, possess good interpersonal skills, & be able to work in a fast paced & demanding environment. Hours vary & must be able to work all shifts - nights, weekends, & holidays. Must become knowledgeable about how all games are played. Candidate must be able to obtain appropriate licensing.

Educational Requirements: High school diploma preferred but not required.
