We are the advertising agency of record for Arkansas Tourism and Arkansas State Parks, making us responsible for bringing the beauty, culture, and adventure of The Natural State to the world. As part of our influencer marketing efforts, we host top-tier content creators and media personalities to experience all that Arkansas has to offer and we need a detail-oriented, travel-savvy professional to help make their trips seamless and unforgettable.
We're looking for a Travel Coordinator to handle the logistics of influencer travel within Arkansas. This person will manage the travel details of hosted influencer trips from flights and accommodations to activity scheduling and dining reservations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, budget-conscious, and confident working in a fast-paced environment with a variety of personalities and partners.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate all travel arrangements for influencers, content creators, press trips, brand partnership trips, client trip winners, and paid media partnership content gathering trips including flights, hotel bookings, rental cars, and ground transportation.
Coordinate travel arrangements for production crews, talent and agency staff, as needed.
Work closely with the Social Media Influencer Manager and Social Media Destination Specialist, as well as our producers, account management and public relations teams as needed, to finalize travel plans, restaurant reservations, and activity bookings.
Maintain and track travel budgets for each trip and reconcile all expenses, receipts, and reimbursements in a timely manner.
Review and approve influencer expense invoices for trips planned by subcontractors.
Maintain an organized system for tracking bookings, confirmations, and changes. Experience with Travefy is a plus.
Coordinate and manage logistics for influencer/brand gifts.
Support the Social Media Destination Specialist as needed to coordinate with local tourism partners to confirm comps and hosted experiences.
Assist with occasional real-time support during travel, ensuring a smooth guest experience and on-time deliverables.
Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in travel coordination, hospitality, or event planning.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple trips and deadlines at once.
Comfortable managing budgets, tracking expenses, and reconciling receipts.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of Arkansas destinations and tourism assets is a plus.
Experience with travel booking tools.
