Sales Support Coordinator - Requirements & Role Summary

As a Sales Support Coordinator, you'll be one of the first friendly faces our guests see when they arrive-and one of the last they remember when they leave. You'll help create smooth and positive experiences by safely parking and retrieving vehicles, assisting with guest needs, and providing top-notch service with a warm smile and professional attitude. If you enjoy staying active, working with people, and being part of a team that values excellence, this role could be a great fit for you!

What You'll Be Doing

• Welcoming Guests & Parking Vehicles

Greet guests with a warm, professional attitude and make their arrival and departure as seamless as possible by safely parking and retrieving their vehicles.

• Delivering Great Customer Service

Whether it's helping with directions, opening doors, or assisting with personal items, you'll ensure guests feel cared for every step of the way.

• Staying Efficient & Focused

Especially during busy times, you'll work quickly and carefully to keep things running smoothly-without ever compromising safety.

• Keeping Traffic Flowing

Help direct vehicles in and out of driveways or service lanes, ensuring an organized and easy-to-navigate space for both guests and team members.

• Handling Vehicles Responsibly

Follow all valet procedures to keep every car safe and secure, including adjusting seats and mirrors, managing keys, and logging important details.

• Communicating Clearly

Work closely with your team and supervisors to keep things coordinated and ensure every guest's needs are met promptly.

• Representing the Brand Professionally

Bring your best self to work every day-your energy, your enthusiasm, and your polished appearance all help create a great impression.

• Supporting Guest Areas

Keep an eye on activity in and around the valet area, offering help or alerting others when needed to make sure guests always feel supported.

• Putting Guests First

Always ask yourself, "If I were the guest, what would make this experience better?" Then go the extra mile to make it happen!

Physical Abilities

• Comfortable standing, walking, or running for most of your shift (up to 8 hours)

• Willing to work outdoors in all kinds of weather

Driving Skills

• Valid driver's license from your home state

• Clean driving record

Schedule Flexibility

• Available for a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays

Communication & Language

• Proficient in English

• Clear and friendly communicator, both in speaking and reading instructions

Professionalism & Reliability

• Able to pass a background check and drug screening

• Present a neat, polished appearance

• Friendly, courteous, and comfortable working with the public

Team Spirit

• Work well with fellow valets, support staff, and supervisors to deliver an exceptional experience for every guest
