Bartender (Park Bar located at The Pearl)

Summary/Objective

As a bartender, you care about providing a memorable and hospitable experience. You are welcoming and accommodating with the desire to expand your knowledge of our offerings, plaza, places, and history of the Pearl District.

• 9.45 an hour plus tips (Average $20+/ hour) plus bonus potential + Flexible schedules
• Weekend Availability Required
• Part-time bartenders

Essential Functions

• Demonstrate excellence in sales, creativity, and knowledge of offerings.
• Responsible for the set-up, maintenance (stocking & cleaning), and operation of the bar, including making liquor drinks and serving guests in a timely manner.
• Keep the bar clean and organized in accordance with the company’s guidelines as well as the requirements of the local health department.
• Must maintain the organization of product and ensure all products are properly rotated.
• As a bartender you will have a responsibility to our patrons and their safety and must have proper certification and a thorough understanding of current laws.
• Make safety concerns a priority. Any spills, broken glass, or other unsafe conditions must take priority over other duties.
