The Lead Beverage Bar Back is responsible for the transportation of supplies to the bar backs at the casinos various bar locations, as well as inventory control, keeping records and store room organization All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Seneca Gaming Corporations policies and procedures, Internal Control Standards and objectives.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Maintain adequate levels of liquor in the pump rack. Ensure the pump room has back-up supplies, is clean and well organized.
2. Responsible for inventory control of all liquor. Maintain requisition forms for each location, keep rooms organized and clean. Assist with monthly inventory and communicate with management regarding stock levels in order to maintain proper pars.
3. Accept all beverage deliveries. Ensure accuracy of order, stock in proper location and rotate stock when necessary.
4. Deliver to each location supplies requested from the bar back. This includes: ice, beer, kegs, juices, garnishes, soda products, paper supplies, etc. Keep records of requisitions.
5. Removal of empty beer bottles and trash. Sort beer bottles and stack empty cases. Organize and maintain the dock area.
6. Administrative duties require the ability to fully function in the SWS system, Microsoft office, and BERG operations, as well as assist management with cleaning schedules and delegating tasks to bar backs.
7. Maintain sanitation of all beverage areas including pump room, walk in coolers and all bar outlets, ensuring that all bars and storage areas are fully compliant to all health and sanitation guidelines set forth by the health department.
8. Will work with management and vendors to ensure that all BERG systems, Pepsi systems and coffee machines are all in working order at all times. Issue work orders as necessary. Make routine inspections to ensure proper set up, ample supplies and cleaning procedures are in place.
9. Maintain a current understanding of all policy and guidelines regarding information security including the Seneca Gaming Corporation Acceptable Use Policy. Understand and comply with all information security policies and procedures at all times.
10. Provide exceptional customer service to all patrons and communicate in a pleasant, friendly and professional manner at all times. Maintain a professional work environment with supervisors, managers and staff.
11. Meet the attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to regulatory, departmental and company policies.
12. Must complete all required SGC Training programs within nine (9) months from commencement of employment.
13. Attend all necessary meetings.
14. Duties, responsibilities, requirements and expectations pertaining to this job are subject to change as needed. Hours are determined by a 24-hour schedule.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
1. Must have outgoing, friendly personality and a cheerful accommodating disposition.

Education/Experience:
1. Must be 18 years of age or older upon employment
2. High school diploma or its equivalency required.
3. Must have a minimum if three (3) years food service experience.
4. Must have a minimum of three (3) years of inventory control experience.
5. Food service management and/or supervision experience preferred.
6. Customer service experience required.

Language Skills and Reasoning Ability:
1. Must possess excellent communication skills.
2. Ability to write routine correspondence and to speak effectively to the public, employees and customers.
3. Must have the ability to deal effectively and interact well with the customers and employees.
4. Must have the ability to resolve problems/conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner.

When on the casino floor, the noise levels increase to loud. Must be able to work in an environment where smoking is permitted.
1. Must be able to stand, walk and move through all areas of the casino.
2. Position requires extensive walking, pushing, and pulling. Must also be able to stretch, reach, bend and lift up to fifty (50) pounds.
3. Maintain physical stamina and proper mental attitude to work under pressure in a fast-paced, casino environment and effectively deal with customers, management, employees, and members of the business community in all situations.

Other:
1. Must be able to be approved for and maintain a valid Non-Gaming license.
2. Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English. Must be able to respond to visual and aural cues.
3. Work nights, weekends and holidays as required.
4. Employment is contingent upon a favorable outcome of a background investigation and drug screening.

Salary Starting Rate: $15.50

Compensation is negotiable based on experience and education.

Each position has varying minimum qualifications. In the absence of fully qualified candidates, some requirements may be waived.
