Job Summary: Responsible for providing resident related care and ancillary services in accordance with the Regency Care quality standards under the direction of a licensed nurse supervisor. Routine floor duties may include:

• Answering call lights
• Making resident beds
• Transporting residents in wheelchairs to meals, activity programs or meetings
• Providing ice water or beverages to residents
• Assist with delivering meals to resident rooms and dining rooms
• Monitoring resident behaviors as needed and reporting incidents to management
• Other tasks that are deemed appropriate by the nurse supervisor

Requirements:

• Ability to communicate with residents and staff
• Ability to follow direction and to complete assigned tasks.
• Works with elderly residents, families, and other staff.
