Pay Range: $18.00 to $22.08

Actual pay will be based on various factors, such as a candidates qualifications, skills, competencies, proficiency for the role, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, Kwik Trip gives 40% of pre-tax profits back to our coworkers with bonuses ranging from 8-12% of each coworkers gross annual wage depending on company profitability and offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401k, paid time off, and more.

Our state-of-the-art Kitchens department located in La Crosse, WI produces over 40 different food products for our 800+ retail stores. Kwik Trip customers are able to enjoy everything from our soups, salads, sandwiches to our Pothole Pizzas. With our expansion we are now able to offer a variety of Take Home Meals and finished fruit and vegetable products, all prepared daily by our Kitchens team.

As a Kitchens Warehouse Custodian your primary responsibility will be to maintain the cleanliness of the warehouse environment within the Kitchens facility in addition to parking lot spaces. Responsibilities include general cleaning and sanitation (sweeping, trash removal) and light maintenance as needed.

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday working 8:00am to 4:00pm

Qualifications:

• Accurate/detail oriented; adhere to sanitation/hygiene standards
• Willing to learn/perform variety of job tasks
• Basic math aptitude
• Read/follow instructions and standards operating procedures
• Work in safety conscious environment
• Ability to self-motivate and carry out daily tasks with minimal supervision
• Ability to operate a variety of cleaning and sanitation equipment

Prior custodial/sanitation experience is a plus.

Physical qualifications: stand up to 8 hours; lift/carry/push/pull up to 50 pounds at waist level occasionally; lift/carry/push/pull up to 30 pounds to 60 inches occasionally; lift/carry/push/pull up to 10 pounds to 72 inches rarely; bending, reaching, twisting, stooping and squatting frequently.
