Willamette Valley Vineyards, a local producer of world-class wines, is searching for a team player and customer-focused individual who wants to be part of our Into the Woods Team this summer. This is a seasonal housekeeping position, assisting the Camp Hosts at our into the Into the Woods facility. This position is responsible for ensuring the grounds and buildings at these locations are clean and safe, while keeping the integrity of the company's image and values.

Primary Job Responsibilities/Essential Functions:

• Assistant to Into the Woods Host,and works closely with Host to maintain the appearance, cleanliness and safety throughout Into the Woods and overall company grounds.
• Second point of contact in the case of emergencies.
• Responsible for cleaning maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the bath/ shower house daily.
• Assist in cleaning and maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the Airstream Rentals.
• Ensure all trash receptacles and dog receptacles are stocked and emptied.
• Maintain a safe work environment by abiding by all safety rules and regulations in accordance with company policies, state, and federal laws.
• Performs other tasks as assigned by the Into the Woods Host, Guest Services & Hospitality Manager

Requirements:

• High school diploma or similar.
• Prioritize and balance multiple requests and or tasks and follow through in a timely manner.

Must have:

• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and high level of customer service.
• A high level of professionalism.

Must be able to:

• Lift 40lbs and navigate stairs, uneven surfaces, and hilly terrain.
• Stand/ walk for long periods of time.
• Work weekends and evenings if necessary to accomplish key tasks.
• Use discretion and keeping all information confidential.
• Effectively present information and respond to questions appropriately.
• Ability to multi-task, work independently and as part of a team. Build team dynamics and synergy across departments.

Must be:

• Independently motivated to respond and address guests needs, at department-level.
