KO559 - Seasonal Hospitality Specialist - Montauk

A private gentleman in Montauk is seeking a fantastic hospitality specialist/server to join his team for the Summer months. The general schedule for this position will include weekends and evenings as needed for parties and dinners. The role will start ASAP and run through Labor Day. There is private staff housing if needed.

Job duties for this role include acting as the "front of house" on a daily basis, planning and executing a variety of social events and functions and working with other staff to keep the home running like a five-star hotel. The candidate will;

• Coordinate menus and guest lists with the chef
• Plan and order food for travel
• Keep a list of frequent guests and their preferences
• Set tables and organize decor for meals
• Stay abreast of and prepared for upcoming social events both on and off the property

This position requires someone with a very strong hospitality background in addition to:

• Experience and training in service at a luxury level
• Feeling comfortable laying a formal table, pouring wine, making cocktails, and all other aspects of service
• Having years of experience in a similar role on a large estate, or other hospitality experience at a five-star level
• Being polished, professional, and a team-player.

• A strong hospitality background
• Availability to be in the Hampton's June through Labor Day
• A valid driver's license
• A COVID vaccine
• Legally able to work in the US

• $2000-$3000 per week
