Remote Data Entry & Customer Service Specialist

Location: Remote
Position Type: Part-Time (Minimum 5 hours per day, Maximum 8 hours per day)
Compensation: $60 per hour
Experience: Minimum 5months in Data Entry and Customer Service
Responsibilities:
* Efficiently perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy
* Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels
* Handle customer inquiries, issues, and concerns promptly and professionally
* Maintain and update databases with accurate and current information
* Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations
* Adhere to company policies and procedures related to data security and customer interactions
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in data entry and customer service roles (minimum 5months )
* Proficient in using data entry software and customer support tools
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data input
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment
* Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
Working Hours:
* Minimum 5 hours per day, flexible schedule
* Maximum 8 hours per day
