Hours of operation: Monday - Thursday 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM; Friday & Saturday 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM and Sunday 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Shifts begin at 8:00 AM. Experienced in restaurant style cooking. Ensure food is stored and cooked at correct temperature by regulating temperature of ovens, broilers, grills and roasters.
