What you’ll do:

The Brass Tacks:

  • Greet and seat guests
  • Providing accurate wait times and maintain wait lists
  • Manage reservations and coordinate with waitstaff regarding seating
  • Maintain flow of service
  • Provide support to the team in menu organization and maintenance
  • Assist with cleaning and food running

The Nitty Gritty

  • Prior food service experience preferred
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds repeatedly throughout a shift
