San Diego Mission Bay Resort is a sprawling 357-room resort, boasting multiple dining options, a beautiful renovated pool, a kids pool, astonishing Bay views, fire pits and so much more. We are excited to welcome a new Food & Beverage Manager to our Mission Bay Family.
The Food & Beverage Manager must be a highly motivated individual with leadership experience in the Food & Beverage industry. This position will assist the F&B Management team in the daily oversight of the outlets. The Food & Beverage Manager will ensure all F&B team members are exceeding guest and club member expectations from strategic revenue and service initiatives in compliance with Noble House Hotels and Resorts.

The position pay ranges from $70,096 to $75,000 annually.

RequirementsTo be successful in the Food & Beverage Manager position, you will be required to:
- Efficiently manage day-to-day operations of the restaurants.
- Create and assist with schedules of all food & beverage outlets to increase profitability.
- Work with chefs and outlet managers/supervisors to design mouth-watering menus catering to specific customer markets.
- Monitor food, beverage and labor costs of each sub-department.
- Assist in F&B training programs, including alcohol awareness and proper food handling.
- Ensuring the resorts service and food standards are met every day resulting in exceptional Guest Satisfaction.
- Leading, selecting, coaching, teaching, developing, and mentoring our talented Outlets Teams.
- Maximizing the resorts profitability by utilizing financial tools and strategies to improve department revenues and control departmental expenses and productivity.
