Maintenance Mechanic

Well known Warehouse located in the City of Adelanto is seeking to hire a Maintenance Mechanic to join their awesome team! Maintenance Mechanic Pay: $24 hourly Maintenance Mechanic Schedule: 6:30 AM- 3:00 PM Maintenance Worker job responsibilities and duties . Performs routine preventative maintenance to ensure machines continue to run smoothly; building systems operate efficiently; and physical condition of building does not deteriorate. Assembles, installs, and/or repairs wiring, electrical and electronic components, pipe systems and plumbing, machinery, and equipment. Tests electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures, using testing devices such as ohmmeters and voltmeters, to ensure compatibility and safety. Cleans, lubricates, and adjusts parts, equipment, and machinery. Observes and test the operation of machinery and equipment in order to diagnose malfunctions. Disassembles machinery and equipment to remove parts and make repairs. Examines parts for defects such as breakage and excessive wear. Operates newly repaired machinery and equipment to verify the adequacy of repairs. Inspects drives, motors, and belts, checks fluid levels, replace filters, and performs other maintenance actions, following checklist. Cleans and lubricates shafts, bearings, gears and other parts of machinery. Diagnoses problems to locate the cause of a breakdown. Handle all building maintenance such as plumbing, electrical and yard maintenance. Performs other duties as assigned by Shop Foreman or Management. Our customer offers: Safe & Clean environment.
