We are looking for a dedicated custodian to join our team!

The custodian is responsible for maintaining the facility in a clean and orderly condition

PAY RATE + HOURS:

(Including shift differentials + weekend differential)

2nd SHIFT (11:00a - 7:30p)

$16.75 - $19.75

The custodian is responsible for maintaining the facility in a clean and orderly condition

Job Duties include but are not limited to:

• Sweeps, dusts, and mops floors daily.
• Spray buffs hard surface floors as scheduled.
• Strips and waxes floors, hallways, and resident rooms per housekeeping schedule.
• Operates buffers and scrubbers in a safe manner at all times.
• Shampoos carpeted floors as directed.

Paid Training!

We train on general custodial work, laundry, industrial washing machines, floor machines and light maintenance tasks.

Experience with floor machines preferred.

Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.

Requirements:

Must be able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds regularly and push individuals who weigh up to 200 pounds in wheelchairs. Must be able to regularly use hands to finger, handle, or feel; stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk and hear. Must be able to stay awake for the entire shift.
