Receptionist Needed in the Santa Teresa Area

Location: Santa Teresa

Pay Rate: $15/Hr

Shift: 8am 5pm Monday tru Friday day off during the week

Medical/Vision/Dental

  • Answering and transferring phone calls to personnel and management;
  • Greeting visitors when they arrive for meetings with management or sales .
  • Maintains great customer service and making professional and courteous first impression with customer and clients.
  • Reports customer feedback to management, including any signs of customer dissatisfaction.
  • Acts as liaison between the warehouse and the customer in administration of accounts and between the office and the customer regarding invoicing and credit changes.
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operational system
  • Track and Trace files and reporting
  • Ensure arrival notices are communicated to customers
  • Deliver communications, timely responses to emails and requests (internal and external)

  • Minimum of 1 year previous experience in a similar role/ logistics field
  • Interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Multitasking and organizational skills
  • Ability to answer a high volume of emails daily & work with a variety of systems
  • Ability to share work among a customer service team
  • Attentive to detail & Multi-tasker
  • Excellent Time-management skills
  • Bilingual a plus
  • Fully proficient with various software applications (MS Word, MS Excel)
  • Must be available to be flexible to work one Saturday a month
