Schedule (Part-Time): Saturday - Sunday (10:30pm - 7:00am)

At Oakmont Gardens, our Night Shift Concierge plays a key role in maintaining safety, service, and serenity during evening and overnight hours. You'll be the steady presence residents rely on when most of the world is asleep-offering reassurance, support, and professionalism at all times.

What You'll Do:

• Welcome late-night visitors and team members with warmth and professionalism.
• Monitor building safety and respond to resident alerts or emergency situations according to protocol.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls with efficiency and courtesy.
• Support residents with late-night needs or inquiries in a calm, respectful manner.
• Maintain a secure, clean, and organized front desk and lobby area throughout the night.
• Log and manage packages, maintenance issues, and incident reports.
• Provide basic administrative support to the management team and ensure smooth handoff to the morning staff.
• Monitor surveillance systems and perform routine building walk-throughs as needed.

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous front desk, security, or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stay alert, focused, and responsive during overnight hours.
• Strong communication skills and calm, confident demeanor.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, internal systems).
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Must be able to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
