Qualifications: Minimum High School Diploma or GED Vaild NJ Driver's License Knowledge of methods, procedures, materials, and equipment necessary for work involved in building maintenance Five years of related experience Valid New Jersey Black Seal License for boiler operation or willingness to obtain one Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively Certification of good health signed by a licensed physician Ability to lift 50 pounds Ability to understand and follow safety procedures Ability to use technology for work order maintenance systems Willingness to attend professional development Ability to work independently and in a team environment Knowledge of plant operation and maintenance, cleaning methods and procedures, heating and ventilation, proper handling of hazardous materials Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable Working Conditions: 12 month position, Tenure Track, benefits Position Start Date: August 1, 2025 Base Salary: As per negotiated FLEA contractual agreement Application Procedure: All interested candidates must apply online.
