Learn more about VIP Automotive GroupPosition: Automotive ReceptionistEmployment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time hours available.Schedule: open schedule during showroom hoursPay:$17.00 - $18.00 per hour based on experienceJob Responsibilities:Greet showroom customers, assess their needs, and determine the purpose of their visit.Input customer demographic information into the dealership's sales control system.Provide brochures and relevant information to customers.Address basic inquiries and direct complex questions to appropriate team members.Guide customers to the correct department and notify the appropriate salesperson.Manage incoming calls as the telephone operator.Provide clerical support when needed.Maintain a polished, professional appearance.Perform vehicle stocking in CDK.Create key tags and ensure accurate key management.Qualifications:To excel in this role, candidates should confidently perform all essential duties. Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills are necessary.
