As a member of the front-of-house team, you will be responsible for greeting guests, presenting menus, taking food and beverage orders, and delivering items promptly and accurately. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Waitstaff should be knowledgeable about the menu, able to make recommendations, and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience. Responsibilities also include setting and clearing tables, processing payments, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.
