Receptionist (Korean and English speaking) (Tustin) compensation: Commensurate with experience employment type: job title: Receptionist We are a boutique law firm specializing in Estate Planning, Trust Administration, Probate and related Litigation matters. Our firm is currently looking for a positive, dynamic and highly organized Full- or Part-Time Receptionist for our Tustin office. Our clientele is predominantly Korean, so someone fluent in BOTH English and Korean is REQUIRED. Typical duties would include: Correspondence with Clients and various agencies / entities; Minor drafting / reviewing of documents and forms; Maintaining / managing Client / Matter database; Filing Court documents; Guest relations; Legal, regulatory, and other research; Calendar scheduling; Assisting Attorneys and staff with various tasks; Printing, sorting and assembling documents; and Other general office duties. Some experience would be preferred, but we would be willing to train the right candidate who has the desire, aptitude, traits, and willingness to learn. We also believe in promoting from within, so only serious candidates will be considered. Regardless of experience ALL candidates must be: Highly organized with particular attention to detail and time management skills; Customer service oriented; Self-starting; Punctual and reliable; Proficient with Microsoft Office and a general familiarity with software programs (will train); Adaptable to unscripted situations; Articulate and professionally attired; Able to work without constant supervision or direction; Able to work well with others; Able to work under pressure with deadlines.
