Job Details $$$ KOI RESTAURANT is hring Servers $$$-Japanese food experience strongly preferred.
-Strong knowledge of Wines, Sake and Liquors as well as basic cocktails required.
-Solid knowledge of high-end service (2 years New York experience a must)
-The ideal candidat must be able to navigate through a section of 7 tables or more, provide great service while keeping an upbeat and positive attitude.
-The candidate must be able to carry up to 50 pounds at times and stay on his/her feet for an extended period.
-The ideal candidate must have an impeccable demeanor, quick on his/her feet, be punctual, reliable and be a solid team player.
-The ideal candidate must have open availabilities and will definitely be scheduled on Fridays, Saturdays. Sundays and Mondays (please note that we are closed on Saturday and Sunday brunches as well as on most major Holidays/ Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Years Day etc..)
-The Restaurant does have a non-facial hair policy.
