Receptionist
The Receptionist/Office Assistant will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring excellent customer service and smooth day-to-day office operations.
This position has a salary range of $19-23 per hour depending on experience
Job Responsibilities
Answering all incoming calls and routing them appropriately, making sure voicemail is acceptable and, if not, offering alternative.
Greeting and directing visitors in a professional manner.
Handling License Renewals.
On-Boarding all new employees - On-Boarding Champion.
Managing supply inventory and purchases.
Job Qualifications
Ability to work independently and with proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
Strong oral and written communications skills; ability to professionally communicate with all levels of leadership, customers, and employees.
Willingness to assist with miscellaneous projects as needed.
Incoming phone call management experience.
High school diploma or equivalent.
