Front Desk Agent (Evenings & Weekends)

$22 $25/hour | Dripping Springs, TX

Are you friendly,anized, and passionate about creating great guest experiences? Lucky Arrow Retreat is looking for a dependable Front Desk Agent to join our team!

Position Details:

Pay: $22 $25 per hour, based on experience

Schedule: Evening and weekend availability required

Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

Greet and check in guests with warmth and professionalism

Provide information about the property, local area, and amenities

Handle reservations, phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries

Communicate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and event teams

Assist with guest needs during their stay and resolve any issues promptly

Maintain a clean and weing front desk area

Perform end-of-day procedures and light administrative duties

Requirements:

2+ years of hotel front desk or hospitality experience

Strong customer service andmunication skills

Ability to remain calm and friendly under pressure

Proficient withputers and reservation systems (Cloudbeds experience a plus)

Reliable transportation and ability to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays

For the right candidate, a Front Desk Lead role may be available based on experience.

Laundry Attendant (Full-Time)

Rate: $17 per hour

Responsibilities include:

Sorting, washing, drying, folding, and stocking linens

Maintaining a clean andanized laundry area

Assisting the housekeeping team as needed

Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods

Dependability and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Weekends required
