Job Description:
The Host at Top Roe will be the face of our dining experience, creating a weing and hospitable environment for our guests. You will be responsible for managing reservations, coordinating seating arrangements, and overseeing the smooth flow of service. Your exceptional leadership skills will help guide our front-of-house staff, ensuring that every guest receives a seamless and memorable experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and wee guests with warmth and professionalism.
Manage and coordinate reservations using our booking system.
Organize seating plans to maximize efficiency while maintaining the quality of service.
Collaborate closely with the kitchen and waitstaff to ensure a smooth dining experience.
Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and gracefully.
Train and mentor front-of-house staff, promoting service excellence.
Stay informed about the menu, daily specials, and any guest preferences or requests.
Uphold health and safety standards in line withpany policies.
Qualifications:
Prior experience as a Host or similar front-of-house leadership role in a high-volume, fine-dining restaurant.
Stronganizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellentmunication and interpersonal skills.
A passion for hospitality and providing exceptional guest experiences.
Ability to lead and inspire a team in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with reservation systems and front-of-house operations.
