ing to the In-Room Dining manager, the In-Room Dining Server ensure a high level of guest satisfaction by providing exceptional personalized, efficient, and seamless dining experiences to guests within thefort and privacy of their rooms or suites.
Duties & Responsibilities
Provide a warm and weing presence while delivering a personalized and attentive service experience to all guests.
Take guest orders accurately, answer questions about menu items, and provide rmendations based on guest preferences.
Address guest inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
Prepare andanize orders accurately, ensuring all special requests, dietary restrictions, and allergen information are conveyed and followed.
Coordinate closely with the kitchen and ensure timely delivery of orders to guest rooms while maintaining the presentation and quality of the food.
Suggest additional items, beverages, or menu upgrades to enhance the guest's dining experience and increase overall revenue.
Record all orders and transactions accurately into the Point of Sale (POS) system.
Maintain detailed records of guest preferences, special requests, and feedback to ensure personalized service during subsequent visits.
Ad to the hotel's service standards and follow etiquette, ensuring a consistent and exceptional guest experience.
Maintain a clean,anized, and well-stocked in-room dining area, ensuring it is always ready for service.
Collaborate with other departments, such as culinary and guest relations to ensure seamless operations and timely delivery of orders.
Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors to ensure smooth coordination.
Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards to ensure the highest level of cleanliness and guest safety.
Handle and deliver food and beverages using proper hygiene and safety practices.
Solicit guest feedback and respond to reviews with professionalism and amitment to continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Abilities

Work cohesively with colleagues as part of a team
Capable of working in a confined space and navigate guest corridors.
Knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits
Comfortable using technology, such as POS systems and tablets, for order processing.

Support all co-workers and treat them with dignity and respect.
Develop and maintain positive and productive working relationships with other colleagues and departments.
Partner with and assist others to promote an environment of teamwork and achievemon goals.
Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance.
Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period or for an entire work shift.
Reach overhead and below the knees, carrying trays, bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
Flexibility to work non-traditional hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Strongmunication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse guests.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
Education & Qualifications
High school diploma or GED equivalency
At least 1 year of related work experience
TABC and Food Handler s certificate
Must be at least 18 years' old
Must be authorized to work in the United States
