Your Role:

You ll own the kitchen period. From menu innovation to plating perfection to labor and food cost control, you run the show.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and execute seasonal, ingredient-driven menus for brunch, dinner, and special events

Lead, inspire, and manage the kitchen team (line cooks, prep, dish)

Maintain food cost below targets and minimize waste

Ensure consistency, speed, and quality during service

Oversee inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships

Collaborate with ownership on menu strategy, pricing, and profitability

Maintain DOH sanitation and safety standards

Assist in hiring, onboarding, and training BOH team members

What We're Looking For:

3 5+ years in a Chef de Cuisine or Exec Chef role in a full-service restaurant

Strong French or Mediterranean culinary foundation

Proven experience managing food cost, labor, and BOH operations

Leadership chops you build teams, not drama

Passionate about food, presentation, and seasonal ingredients

Must be available for weekends, holidays, and events

Bonus: Experience with hotel restaurants or banquets
