Cocktail Bartender and Server

We are looking for an experienced bartender to provide an excellent guest dining experience. Our servers will be responsible for engaging our guests, catering to hospitality driven service and serving our craft cocktails and foods in a unique dining environment. Compensation includes hourly and tips.

Responsibilities

Interact with customers, take cocktail and food orders

Follow house and specialty cocktail recipes

Assess customers needs and preferences and make rmendations

Advise customers of cocktails based on customer preferences

Check customers identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age

Restock and replenish inventory and supplies

Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience

Comply with all food and beverage regulations

Skills

Resume and proven working experience as a hospitality professional

2 years of bartending

Knowledge of classic cocktails is a MUST

Strong ability to multitask

A desire to learn new techniques, and gain knowledge from other industry professionals

Excellent service skills with strong knowledge of liquor products

Knowledge of Toast POS system is a plus

Positive attitude and excellentmunication skills

Ability to keep the baranized, stocked and clean

TIPS certification is a plus and will be required upon hiring
