A fast-casual Japanese sushi roll shop near the Brooklyn Museum/Prospect Park is seeking front-of-house staff. The primary responsibilities include packing and taking orders.

Committed to authentic Japanese cuisine, Silver Rice adds a unique twist to traditional sushi rolls, chirashi bowls, and beverages. Our restaurant is a go-to spot for anyone seeking high-quality sushi in a welcoming atmosphere.

Ideal Candidates Should Be:
Demonstrates a strong sense of urgency and takes prompt action
Hardworking with excellent attention to detail.
Team players with a positive attitude
Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Punctual and reliable
Consistent in completing assigned daily tasks
Knowledgeable about sanitation and health code regulations in the food industry
Fluent in English
Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Preferred Qualifications:
Food Protection Certificate
Knowledge of Japanese cuisine and culture
Weekend availability

Location:
-Crown Heights: 638 Park Place, Brooklyn

Work Schedule:
(Crown Heights Location)
34 days per week, including weekend and lunch
Dinner shift: 4:30 PM 10:30 PM
