Overview

We are seeking an energetic, guest-focused Food & Beverage Manager to lead our dynamic team. This role is responsible for overseeing all food and beverage operations across outlets and banquet functions, ensuring excellence in service delivery and culinary standards. The Food & Beverage Manager collaborates closely with the Executive Chef to uphold quality, manage costs, and deliver an exceptional guest experience. This position reports directly to the General Manager and plays a critical role in team leadership, financial performance, and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a passion for hospitality, strong financial acumen, and a proven ability to coach and inspire high-performing teams. Flexibility in scheduling, a commitment to excellence, and the ability to lead by example are essential to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead day-to-day operations of all food and beverage outlets and banquet functions.

  • Partner with the Executive Chef to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.

  • Manage labor, food, and beverage costs through effective control strategies.

  • Ensure exceptional guest service to drive satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Monitor guest feedback and implement action plans to address opportunities.

  • Provide leadership and professional development to frontline associates.

  • Oversee department budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance.

  • Support the execution of property-wide initiatives and General Manager directives.



Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.

  • Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in food and beverage operations, preferably within a hotel or resort setting.

  • Strong background in cost control, budgeting, and financial reporting.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and lead a team.

  • Proven ability to deliver high levels of guest and associate satisfaction.

  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
