Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with a friendly and professional demeanor

• Check guests in and out efficiently, using hotel systems

• Respond to guest needs, requests, and complaints with care and urgency

• Provide information about hotel services and local attractions

• Maintain accurate records of room availability and guest accounts

• Support other departments as needed to ensure seamless guest experiences

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not required

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to remain calm under pressure and multitask effectively

• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays

• Positive attitude and a team-player mindset
