Pay: $13.00 $15.00 per hour
Hours: Minimum 40 hours per week
Schedule: 8 to 10-hour shifts; weekends and holidays required; on-call duties as needed

Position Overview:
Join our dedicated team at our 84-room property, ensuring guests enjoy a comfortable and memorable stay. As a Maintenance Technician, you'll be responsible for the upkeep and functionality of our hotel and on-site restaurant, maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine inspections and maintenance of the property's systems and facilities.
Address guest maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general equipment issues.
Maintain the appearance and functionality of guest rooms, common areas, and restaurant facilities.
Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance activities.
Implement and follow preventive maintenance programs.
Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair work.
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school certification is a plus.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in general maintenance, preferably in hospitality or commercial settings.
Proficiency in basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor.
Physical ability to perform manual labor and handle heavy objects.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
