Catering FOH Staff, Servers / Busboys for Catering Hall and Offsite

We are a Full Time Catering Company Looking for Servers / BusBoys / Scullery Team for Banquet Hall and Offsite Catering.
All staff must have 1 year or more serving experience.
All servers must have experience in Table Service ( American Style or Family Style)
Prefer but not a must to have Buffet Presentation Cooking experience. ( Meat Carving Station / Mexican Style Station / Italian Pasta Bar /
Saute Station / Sushi Display Set Up and more. ( We will train you for the cooking presentation station.)
We have many other style cooking and serving station.

Buffet Set Up and Break Down.

Table Set Up: Setting Tables / Serving / Bussing Tables.

All Servers must come Well Dress and Well Groomed.
All Servers must dress in proper All Black uniform. ( No Jeans / No Polo Shirt / No Sneakers)
Proper Uniform: Black Dress Pants / Black or White Button Down Short w/ Tie - depending on event.
Proper Dress Shoes - No Sneakers.

All Servers receive clock in/ out and info through our APP. ( no need to download).
All events are local in the LA Area,
Must be able to work in outdoors.
Must be able to carry 10-20lbs catering equipment for Set Up.
Must be also to speak / read & write english.

This is an on call Job.

We cater all over Southern California.
We also cater and travel to San Diego, San Francisco, Las Vegas. Great to have staff that can travel with us.
