Immediate Opening: Porter/Maintenance for luxury health club

Part time position of 25-30 hours with opportunity to become full time. Day and evening shifts available.

Large facility/floor plan (~20,000 sqft). Duties include, but are not limited to emptying trash, detail cleaning of fitness equipment (cardio equipment, wipe down of dumbbells, barbells, etc), re-racking weights, organizing of fitness areas/gym floor, vacuuming/sweeping/mopping, dusting, window and mirror cleaning, cleaning/maintenance of locker rooms/showers/bathroom, including towels. Maintaining of back deck/patio.

Physical demands include, but not limited to:
Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
Bending, stooping, squatting, kneeling
Walking and standing for extended periods of time
Reaching/balancing
